Belchertown disc golf course Sponsorships
Time
We are are always looking for your time to help get the course up and running and maintained after the fact.
Goal Sponsor ‐ $250:
- Your or your companies name will be located at the conclusion of the hole, affixed to the goal itself on the Belchertown disc golf course.
Tee Sponsor ‐ $500:
- A roughly 8”x10” sign next to a tee sign on the Belchertown disc golf course for you to showcase your business. Signs will be made of high quality, durable material, and will be built to last.
- Your business will receive a mention on the QVDG website.
- Note: Due to the limited number of Tees (36, 18 in Phase 1 and 18 in Phase 2), tee selection will be first come, first served.
Premium Sponsor ‐ $750 or more:
One Tee Sponsorship (see above) Plus:
- Your business logo will be displayed on the Belchertown disc golf informational kiosk.
- Your business will be mentioned in QVDG media releases thanking our sponsors.
- Your logo will be included on disc golf related promotional material. You will receive a commemorative disc for you to display at your business.

SPONSORSHIP REGULATIONS
With regards to the programs and properties managed by The Belchertown Parks Recreation Department (“BPRD”) the BPRD will not accept sponsorship materials that are disparaging, disrespectful or disreputable to persons, groups, businesses or organizations, including promotions that portray individuals as inferior, evil or contemptible because of their race, color, creed, age, marital status, disability, national origin, ethnic background, religion, sexual orientation, gender, or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
BPRD will not accept sponsorship materials that are false, misleading, libelous, deceptive or fraudulent.
BPRD shall only accept sponsorships that it deems in its sole discretion that are appropriate to display during activities for children and youth. Consequently, BPRD will not accept sponsorships that advertise products or promote activities that are deemed by BPRD, in its sole discretion, to be harmful, unhealthy, unwholesome or otherwise deleterious to children, including but not limited to the following:
- BPRD will not accept sponsorships that relate to an illegal activity or propose a commercial transaction that is prohibited by federal, state or local law, regulation, or ordinance for the localities and partners served by the Department.
- BPRD will not accept sponsorships that contain explicit or suggestive sexual material, obscene material, or material harmful to minors
- BPRD will not accept sponsorships for X-rated movies, sexually oriented businesses, adult bookstores
- BPRD will not accept sponsorships for alcohol or alcohol-related products.
- BPRD will not accept sponsorships for marijuana or marijuana-related products.
- BPRD will not accept sponsorships for illegal drugs, illegal drug paraphernalia, or legal drugs with sexual connotations.
- BPRD will not accept sponsorships for the sale or use of firearms and other weapons.
- BPRD will not accept sponsorships that depict violence and will not accept sponsorships that advocate violence of any kind.
- BPRD will not accept sponsorships that advocate participation in gangs, cults, or the occult.
- BPRD will not accept sponsorships that include language that is obscene or profane.
- BPRD will not accept sponsorships for political campaigns, political issues, issue advocacy, public interest, or public service campaigns.
All materials that promote contests or giveaways must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
BPRD reserves the right to use any sponsorship space for department and other government announcements and information until such space is sold to sponsors.
All sponsorship eligibility decisions determined by the Parks and Recreation Director are final.
