Belchertown Approves Disc Golf Course
BELCHERTOWN – Town Meeting on Saturday said yes to funding several new projects and purchases, including $14,000 to build an 18-hole disc golf course off Route 9 and $50,000 to build a walking and hiking trail.
Nearly 200 attended the meeting, which approved a school budget of $30.5 million for the town’s children, and $1.1 million for the regional Pathfinder school district, as the town’s assessment. Town Meeting approved a total all-inclusive budget for the fiscal year that begins on July 1 of $56.2 million, an increase of 2.1%,
